Your Right to Be Forgotten
You may request deletion of your Al Quran Institute account and associated personal data at any time. This page is publicly available for website and mobile app users, in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and app store requirements.
What We Delete
When your request is processed, the following data is permanently erased.
- Profile & account details
- Course progress & certificates
- Quiz attempts & lecture notes
- AI Teacher conversation history
- Authentication credentials

Some records must be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We verify your identity, process the erasure, and confirm completion by email.

Account Erasure
Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
This Action Is Permanent.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to enrolled courses, purchased content, certificates, and progress. This cannot be undone.
